Daniel Boyd has been a driving force behind some of Chicago's most beloved restaurants, partnering with Chef Manion since 2010 to open La Sirena Clandestina, El Che Steakhouse & Bar, and Brasero. As Managing Partner of Hey Che Hospitality, his responsibilities span the full scope of business operations, with a particular focus on budgets and the bottom line. Boyd's more than 25 years of real estate development, design, and finance experience has proven a natural foundation for the work. He has led the acquisition and development of numerous urban infill projects, managing zoning, design, branding, structured finance, construction, and disposition. He has built or converted over 250 residential units and approximately 100,000 square feet of retail, office, and restaurant space. That background informs every aspect of how Hey Che Hospitality is built and run.
